Following the most recent meetings of the Change Sounding Board for Supporter Groups, the National Trust has issued guidelines to property managers on how to build or continue good close relationships with their local supporter groups.
As a result, we as a group should receive better support from the Trust to help us continue with the enhancement of our enjoyment as Trust members and have more say in the decisions about where our donations are spent.
It is my aim that the Centre should benefit from having a more public appreciation of what we do. It would be ideal to have a presence at events at properties so that we can advertise ourselves and possibly recruit new members.
