If you have any queries about a booking, please call the Booking Secretaries and not the Chairman of the Booking Sub-Committee or the Secretary of the Programme Sub-committee.

If you have to cancel a visit, please contact the Booking Secretaries as soon as possible. Any late cancellations, queries, etc in the week before the visit should be directed to the Visit Leader and not the Booking Secretaries.
